Your appointment is reserved especially for you. When you cancel or reschedule your appointment without at least 48 hours advance notice, it creates difficulty for our staff and for the other patients who would have been happy to have that appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment without at least 48 hours advance notice (by 12:00 pm. Friday for a Monday appointment), a $50.00 broken appointment fee will be charged.

The dentist speaks perfect english and so does most of the dental assistants. If the front office answers they connect you immediately to someone english speaking when you asking them to. Also, the lab work I had done was superior to the other places I have been to across the border.
