I contacted them by email and from there everything went very smoothly. The communication was so effective I even received a reply to my email on a Sunday! The receptionists offered to call long distance if I preferred to have a chat. All the staff is very friendly, and make you feel very comfortable. They go the extra mile, each and everyone of them. I was a complicated case for them and they offered different options that adjusted perfectly to my needs. Both doctors Nart were very helpful, professional and they definitively know what they are doing! I was in Barcelona on my own for two days but felt so well looked after! I even received advice by email after the treatment has finished, which I very much appreciate. The clinic is brand new, with the latest equipment and in a prefect location.
