Review
By making an appointment with Dental
Departures you agree to receive an e-mail to complete a dental
review upon completion of your appointment. By completing the
dental review you are agreeing to allow Dental Departures to place
this review on our web site.
Newsletter
We do not automatically subscribe
you to receive our newsletter. In order to receive Dental
Departures’ e-mail newsletter you need to ‘opt
in’ to receive dental provider offers. At any time, you
can ‘opt out’ via the unsubscribe option
contained within each e-mail newsletter.
Cookies
In order to make your visit to our
web site more efficient, Dental Departures may store small pieces
