diciembre 2019I did 2 root canal with crown on 2019 and since then I had pain , I told them that it doesn’t feel right and they said it needs time , however because I was on pain they did crown lengthening , I had pain since then and because of pandemic I didn’t go to dentist, I went to dentist in San Diego last month and they showed me that they did the completely wrong root canal that’s what it caused me pain , I have to pay again and do the root canal again, double cost with 2 years dealing with pain.I look at all the reviews but the dr , she was always late and very slow .it took me long time to take care of 2 teeth because they are very slow. They don’t have experience and I felt that my dr didn’t know what exactly she is doing.

diciembre 2019Myself and the wife went to Advanced Smiles in TJ this past Thursday, all the way from Washington State. Friends, this place appears to be the real deal, and the service you get from everybody at Advanced Smiles is over the top. And the $1,000s you will save is true! I did days of research before choosing this dental facility, and even contacted a couple of the past dental patients personally, as we were very nervous about crossing the border to get dental work. Its been 3 days since we visited this dental office, as I wanted time to settle in before posting our feedback, so let me tell you, if your looking for a fantastic place that will care about you, and treat you like a real human being, regardless of where you are from, and save you $1,000s, this is Advanced Smiles. And they speak English!!!!!!! From Dr Joseph Metzler, to all the girls/guys at Advanced Smiles, you are all true rockstars, and only wish here in the US, our clinics could seem to care as much as you all do. You all made us feel like part of the family, and our visit was just the best ever. We have found a dental facility that we honestly can say, we will continue to travel to for many years to come. * We have several upcoming visits for dental work for both the wife and myself, so we will update each of our visits along the way to keep everybody updated on progress.

febrero 2019Went in without expectations, came out with every intentions of being a loyal customer! Dr Alejandra Flores is the best! She took her time to explain everything, including my long term options for treatment. I had a healthy fear of dentists y’all but this lady changed that for me! I’m now a lot more comfortable sitting in that chair. Had some work done and scheduled another appointment. I’m completely satisfied with the care I received and it was worth the trip from Texas!

noviembre 2018I love Dr. Alejandra and her team. I'm embarrassed to admit this but I have avoided going to the dentist for a few years... Even with a broken tooth. My fiance has been coming here... And highly recommended it. I came here... Tantrums and all... But so happy I did. Dr. Alejandra was very thorough in explaining every step... Made it so enjoyable and most importantly, painless! I won't ever be scared to come see her. Will highly recommend Advanced Smiles Dentistry. Thank you so much.
