octubre 2019The online appointment did not capture my note/request for my dentist. I noted the name of my dentist but when I came they are not aware that I am an existing patient and that I requested for my dentist to handle my concern.

abril 2018The service is very disappointing. I used maxicare for this but I was asked to pay for 900.00 supposedly 1200.00 for a flouride applied after cleaning. And no one even informed me that this will not be covered. What's odd is when the receptionist asked me to answer the survey before handling me the details of what I will pay. I regretted answering those with satisfaction until I was asked to pay for that freakin' flouride!!! What I saw was just cleaning, the dentist didnt do the tooth extraction which is the main purpose of the visit!!!
