Do you offer warranties or guarantees on treatment?

Yes. GIO Clinic provides written coverage for lab-made restorations, such as crowns, bridges, veneers and dentures, and honors manufacturer warranties for implant components when applicable. Before you begin, the team reviews your warranty term, what maintenance is required to keep it valid, such as hygiene visits and night-guard use if prescribed, and any exclusions.

Where exactly are you located and how do I get there?

GIO Clinic operates inside Star Médica Hospital in Mérida. From Mérida International Airport, rideshares such as Uber or Didi, or taxis, take around 20–30 minutes depending on traffic. If you’re staying in Centro, expect 10–20 minutes. Your booking confirmation includes a GPS pin, hospital entrance details and the best drop-off point within the Star Médica complex.

What payment types do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, cash and bank transfers are accepted. For larger lab or surgical plans, such as multiple implants or full-arch work, your Dental Departures advisor can confirm deposits, card-processor fees and currency handling ahead of time.

Which languages are spoken?

How long do All-on-4 or All-on-6 full-arch treatments take?

Surgical placement can often be organized within a short window, followed by a healing phase before the final bridge. Your itinerary outlines diagnostics, surgery, try-ins and delivery to fit your travel schedule. Overdentures supported by implants follow a similar planning cadence.

I’m interested in crowns or veneers—how many days should I plan?

Most porcelain or zirconia crowns are completed in 3–5 days here to allow scanning, shade selection, lab fabrication and adjustments. Porcelain veneers typically follow the same timeline. Larger smile makeovers may add time for mock-ups.

What sedation options are available?

For comfort during longer or anxiety-provoking procedures, GIO Clinic offers gas sedation and IV sedation, with IV sedation provided by an anesthesiologist. Your dentist will discuss suitability, preparation such as fasting, and post-visit instructions so you can plan transport and recovery.
