décembre 2019This was our first trip to Platinum Dental Group on the advice of a friend here in Australia. What can I say, we had exceptional quality, exceptional service, exceptional communication and a fantastic stay at the same time. The staff were fantastic, from reception staff to dentists. All were amazing and very friendly. We had Dr Anna Tran do our dental work. My husband had two crowns and one implant and the results are superb. He felt no pain whatsoever and they took great care of him. I decided to get two front teeth veneered and I had a similar experience. They are amazing. We are going back in six months' time for my husband to get his permanent implant and crowns and can't wait. Platinum Dental Group are the real deal and how cool to combine a dental visit with a vacation at the same time. Would not now go anywhere else for my dental treatment. You need to go and experience this for yourself. They are amazing.

juillet 2019Very clean and professional dentist office with top of the line equipment. Each employee that I spoke with was very knowledgable in all of the questions I had. I had my teeth cleaned and will be back to get them whitened as soon as I can. I definitely recommend Platinum Dental!

janvier 2019Came here for teeth whitening and a clean. Results - my teeth basically look the same and when I had finished my procedure the dentist did not even give me a mirror to have a look. Possibly because she realised there was no difference in colour change. Service- not good. First of all denist I got was a little rough and didn’t even introduce herself either so I didn’t catch the name. Dentist and dental assistant didn’t even give me a pair of vision googles to protect my eyes from the light /laser. I had to ask for a pair (red flags from the start). The whitening process itself seemed rushed . I have had it done before and in Vietnam as well and they normally take more time and effort to make sure of correct application. As soon as the dentist put the medication on she just left the room... didn’t tell me any other instructions of what I should do if I felt pain or was uncomfortable .. which is the first thing a dentist would let you know .... or at least update you with what’s happening . No communication whatsoever. So the dentist left but I thought I would at least have the dental assistant with me.. wrong. There were periods where I was just left by myself and I felt episodes of pain and didn’t know what to do :( When the dentist finally came back I asked her how long do I have left and she said 10mins and then after a few seconds she obviously just couldn’t be bothered anymore and just stopped the procedure ..... I did not even have my 60 mins of laser whitening. Payment -receptionist that I spoke to the day prior quoted me the wrong price so I ended up paying more than quoted. Unfortunately I wouldn’t come back, had high hopes but service and product did not deliver.
