Do you offer warranties or guarantees on treatments?
Yes. RamLanz provides written coverage for lab-made restorations, including crowns, bridges, veneers and dentures, through the clinic and its on-site lab. Implant components follow manufacturer warranties where applicable. Your plan outlines terms, maintenance requirements, such as hygiene visits or a night guard if prescribed, and exclusions. Following aftercare helps keep coverage valid.
Where exactly is the clinic and what’s the easiest way to get there?
RamLanz Dental is in Mexicali, just across the border from Calexico, California. Many patients park on the US side and walk across. The clinic offers free transportation to and from the border. You can also use Uber, a local taxi or drive directly and park at the clinic. Booking confirmation includes a GPS pin and pickup details.
What payment types do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash, PayPal, traveler’s checks, personal checks and bank transfer are accepted. For larger implant or orthodontic plans, the team can confirm deposit policies and any processor fees in advance.
Which languages are spoken?
The team speaks English and Spanish. If you need another language, let Dental Departures know at booking so accommodations can be arranged.
How long do All-on-4/5/6 full-arch cases take?
Treatment is typically staged: diagnostics and planning, implant surgery, and a provisional bridge during healing. The on-site lab helps streamline try-ins and final prosthesis delivery. Your itinerary sequences each step to match your travel dates.
Can you coordinate gum therapy or root canal treatment before restorative work?
Yes. The multi-specialty team stabilizes any active issues, such as periodontal care or endodontic therapy, before crowns, veneers or implants. This improves long-term function and aesthetics, and your plan explains how each phase fits together.
Is sedation available?
Yes. IV sedation by an anesthesiologist and gas sedation are available for longer or anxiety-provoking procedures. The dentist will review your medical history, pre-op instructions such as fasting, and post-visit recovery needs.
