เมษายน 2019Very disappointed. Booked a consultation for implants, had some discussion with Dental departures about my implant needs. Arrived at the clinic was informed I would need to see the head dentist about implants which would be another appointment. They then quoted me from the same script as the web site, with no specifics because I would need to see the head dentist for that. They didn't even look in my mouth, but quite happily took the fee for a consultation. I spent more time signing indemnity forms than talking to a dentist. The whole experience left me very disappointed. I am seriously considering paying a small mortgage to get it done in Australia. At least they understand how far I have travelled and can tell me what I need and what it will cost after the first visit.
