scheduling was a problem from the moment we got off the shuttle. 4 patients who were all scheduled to see the same dentist at the same time. The patient coordinator implied that is was the patients problem for choosing the same dentist but it was in fact a problem of over booking. Scheduling continued to be a problem throughout my stay with cancelled appointments and delays. The end result was that there was not a free day for bite and other small issues to be resolved. I returned home and now have one implant I cannot byte on and one implant that is missing the filling over the screw. This could all have been avoided with proper booking if patients. I am very happy with the actual dental work. However staff i saw 6 months ago on my previous visit that were very helpful and cheerful were grumpy and definitely not helpful this visit
