By making an appointment with Dental Departures you agree to receive an email to complete a medical review upon completion of your appointment. By completing the medical review you are agreeing to allow Dental Departures to place this review on our website.
We do not automatically subscribe you to receive our newsletter. In order to receive Dental Departures’ email newsletter you need to ‘opt in’ to receive medical provider offers. At any time, you can ‘opt out’ via the unsubscribe option contained within each e-mail newsletter.
