Oktober 2019We have been going to Dr.Magana for several years now.........referred by a friend some years back. We gladly travel from Montana for his services. Everyone in the office is extremely professional and we couldn't want for better treatment...............husband has been most recently and is currently scheduling further appointments...........depending on this 'virus' thing pertaining to travel arrangements. Highly recommended!

Dezember 2018ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY!!!! The dentist puts his hands in people's mouths WITHOUT GLOVES (never saw him wash his hands). I saw them sterilizing equipment by spraying Lysol on it (unfortunately after I was done). He can barely see and recommends out-of-date options, which the rest of the staff acknowledged and told us that he's just an old, stubborn man and that he shouldn't still be practicing, but they haven't convinced him of that yet (yes, multiple staff actually told us this). We made an appointment for crown restorations for my dad and I explained 4 times before the appointment that he already had some of it done, yet after driving out, the dentist opening the sterilized hardware, we found out he didn't actually know what he was doing. At one point he slapped my my dad's hand when he was trying to reach up so the dentist wouldn't open more of the sterilized pieces. They then called in a specialist, who confirmed the office couldn't do his work. She also looked in my mouth for 1 minute to confirm a question one of the assistants (maybe another dentist) had about my cavity. All said and done, they couldn't do what we made the appointment for, let a dentist who they acknowledge shouldn't be practicing anymore, and then had the audacity to overcharge for it all! When we said we didn't want to pay extra for services we didn't ask for, the daughter of the dentist/office manager called the police and tried to cry to them that we said we were refusing to pay (which is a pretty bold lie while standing in the lobby cash-in-hand). She spoke over me as I tried to talk to the police, yelled at me (while complaining that I was raising my voice, though I couldn't have gotten a word in edge-wise) and continued her fantasy that we asked for these extra services and were now refusing to pay. Unfortunately we decided to let this EXTORTION win because we just wanted to get back home (a long drive we never would have made had she just told us over the phone that they couldn't do that type of impression). So now we spent all day driving and essentially spent hundreds to have who knows what put in our mouths on a geriatric dentist's hands, get one filling and get the cops involved. Unsanitary, over-priced, arrogant extortion. I'm not sure what I expect, but I will be reporting to Ministry of Public Health and any other body that would oversee them. But in the meantime, go anywhere else.

August 2017I thought the staff and the dentist at this office was excellent. They were all very nice and answered all my questions about all procedures done to me.
