August 2022Communication was poor. Too many last-minutes surprises and changes. No transparency. I would not come back here ever. Work was poor.

Februar 2016I had 2 root canals, 2 posts and 2 crowns (two teeth) done Feb 2016 by Dr Garcia and a "specialist" that she called in. Despite the fact that impressions were made while there, my old partial no longer fit over the new crowns. So I was also forced to get a new partial. I paid $1250.00 cash, no cards accepted. A FEW weeks after this was done one of the crowns fell off at the gum line. Because I was back in the states, I needed to see a local dentist who took xrays and found he tooth could not be saved and I had to have the roots removed. There was a flimsy piece of plastic used for a post. My dentist said "that is not a post and would not hold anything in place". Immediately I was sent to an endodontist because of a extremely bad infection. Both the dentist and specialist performed an xray and CT scan which revealed that a root canal was NOT done on that tooth and the other was only partially done.I was informed that neither tooth was not treated properly and decay destroyed it. Additionally, I was told the other crown will have to come off as it does reach the gum line (a fact that I immediately presented to Dr Garcia after the procedure) and will continue to decay and result in the loss of this tooth as well. I have sent messages to Dr Garcia who does not return my email (funny, she did immediately before I arrived at her office...but no longer responds). I have asked to be reimbursed as I now have to pay thousands to repair the damage done at Royal Dental and lose both teeth. No replies from Royal Dental or Dr Lilia Garcia. I am very disappointed and out a good deal of money.
