March 2019It is with a sad heart I write this review, Dr Nhan did two bone grafts and two implants for me in March, on my return to Australia and going to see my periodontist I was informed that an implant was showing through my gum which can lead to all sorts of problems, myself and dental Departures tried contacting the clinic on many occasions but they never acknowledged any emails or phone calls, Normally I see dentist in Phuket but as I had a holiday booked for Hanoi decided trying there, what a mistake that was, I’m here in Phuket now, first thing they did was ct scan ,I’m no dentist but I could see they were not right, 1 implant was inserted at a very bad angle,1 implant placed in wrong place hence why it showed through gum and Dr Nhan would have known this but still took my money, also he should have only done bone graph then 6 months later do implant, I asked for Noble implants, paid for noble but dentist here said they were not noble that they didn’t know where they were from, So last week I had to have those bad implants removed, and 2 more bone grafts, six months time 2 implants and six months after that crowns, Dr Nhan is a lovely man and was so good at communicating before procedure just wish he had done the same when I needed him,

Dr Nhan is always available for you via email. He is extremely prompt in answering any questions or concerns you may have. His English is perfect ! I have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice to anyone. My phobia of dentistry was put at ease and I felt totally confident with all the treatments that I received. Dr Nhan will now be my regular dentist. I am happy to travel from Australia once a year for a check up. It's a win win for me, A very affordable professional Dentist and a holiday too.

April 2018I travelled from Sydney to see Dr Nhan. At first i was apprehensive seeing a dentist so far from home, however Dr Nhan provided the best dental care I have ever received. We were in constant contact prior to my visit to Vietnam. Anytime i had a question, Dr Nhan would quickly respond to my emails. The moment you arrive, you are greeted by Dr Nhan and his very polite and professional team. I was shown compassion and a complete understanding of my fear of pain. All my work done was painless, Dr Nhan and his team are very gentle. Dr Nhan will now be my permanent dentist, as I have never received his level of care back home in Australia. Looking forward to my yearly checkups.

August 2017Wow wow wow....Nhan was in contact with me for several months prior to my arrival, I have severe dental phobia, had an overnight stay in hospital, his assistant even stayed in the bed next to me overnight to make sure I didn't need anything and had no issues communicating with nurses...I travelled alone to Vietnam. Nhan made sure I was ok everyday I was here, the service is outstanding, personal and caring. I'm sorry to say I think Australia could take a few lessons from these beautiful people. I had extensive bonegrafting, all on 4 implants top and bottom, big job....especially with my phobia...if you need any of his services I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic... My only regret.....I didn't do this sooner....thanks guys you are the best...
