Opened in 2015 by Dr. Flor Cecena Gonzalez, a specialist in orthodontics, the clinic is located in the city’s fashionable and vibrant Zona Rio neighborhood. It is a convenient and accessible location for dental tourists, particularly Americans and Canadians.
The Paseo do los Heroes is the busy main street in the area. It’s lined with shops, restaurants, and bars and provides enough amenities to keep dental tourists occupied for a few hours either before or after their dental care.
If you have extra time, consider visiting Plaza Río shopping mall or Mercado Hidalgo, a lively farmer's market. Zona Río is about a 30-minute walk from the border, or you can take a cab for just a few dollars.
