The team at Taksim Clinic in Istanbul is composed of Dr. Abdurrahman Ozturk, an English, Arabic and Turkish-speaking dentist who has specialized in endodontics for more than 12 years.
He works alongside Dr. Ahmad Alkhalaf who gained a Ph.D. in periodontology, and Dr. Karam Khartash, another root canal specialist who has been in practice since 2014.
Dentists here use some of the world’s top brands and materials in all of their treatments, such as durable, natural-looking zirconia for veneers, and porcelain-fused-to-metal; both are preferred choices for crowns.
Taksim also uses the popular ZOOM!® system for laser teeth whitening, as well as Straumann® implants (Switzerland) for more complex full-arch restorations (for example, the fixed bridge on 4 implants).
Taksim Clinic is open every day (including Sundays) from 09.00 to 22.00. The centre is located on the eastern (European) side of the Bosporus straight, not far from some of Istanbul’s top attractions such as the Galata Tower, historical Galatasaray Turkish Baths and Pera Museum.
