The All-on-4® treatment concept (or similar full-arch restoration methods) is one of the most popular treatments to undergo abroad thanks to the huge savings available, with destinations like Tbilisi in Georgia offering superb value for money.

The All-on-4® treatment concept is a patented full-arch restoration technique provided by Nobel Biocare. Explanatory by name, the treatment involves “all” of the teeth in your upper or lower jaw permanently replaced with a custom-made fixed bridge “on 4” titanium implants.

This bridge holds a full row of porcelain crowns (replacement teeth), helping to restore the appearance and function of the teeth by up to 90%.

The main advantages of this treatment, which is suitable for patients with missing or failing teeth, are:

• The permanently attached prosthesis won’t slip or fall out
• No need to soak dentures in a jar every night
• Can last a lifetime with good care
• Only one session of surgery is required, even if you need extractions prior to the implants being placed
• No need to apply a special adhesive paste
• Patients can eat and drink practically anything thing like
• Little in the way of downtime

Note: Other “ All-on-X ” treatment options may be available in Tbilisi, such as an All-on-6 or All-on-5; these follow a similar technique using alternative dental implant brands.

Typically, you will need to visit Tbilisi for two separate treatments, each around four months apart.

For each trip, you should plan to stay in the city for around 3–5 days and be prepared to visit our dentist on several occasions.

Stage 1:

Initial consultation with your dentist in Tbilisi, who will confirm your suitability and take digital x-rays and impressions.

Upon confirmation, the surgery begins, which involves extractions (if required) and the placement of the implants into the jawbone.

A temporary “healing” denture can be worn following the surgery.

Stage 2:

After approximately four to six months, patients return to Tbilisi so that a permanent fixed bridge (final restoration) can be affixed to the now-secure dental implants.
