About Dr. Freer
Dr. Alejandro Freer is a highly skilled specialist in Cosmetic Dentistry and Dental Implant Rehabilitation, fluent in both English and Spanish. He holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Costa Rica. Dr. Freer's advanced training includes a Master's in Prosthodontics and a Fellowship in Prosthodontics from the University of Costa Rica, where he honed his expertise in restoring and enhancing dental aesthetics and function.
Additionally, he completed a prestigious Dental Implant Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania in the United States, further specializing in implantology. Dr. Freer is an esteemed member of the College of Dental Surgeons of Costa Rica, reflecting his dedication to professional excellence and patient care.

October 2025I would like to thank Dr. Alejandro Freer and his team for giving me the confidence to schedule an appointment to explore the possibility of getting dental implants at the age of 60. I had been wearing a prosthesis since I was very young, and thanks to God and their state-of-the-art team, the treatment was indeed possible. Today, October 7, 2025, I attended a follow-up appointment with my wife.
