Dental Solutions - Algodones blends specialist skills with traveler-friendly planning. Founded in 2014, the clinic sits just a short, flat walk from the Andrade, California–Algodones pedestrian gate.
With laser dentistry, digital imaging and an on-site lab, they turn around crowns, bridges and dentures fast, which is especially helpful for tight itineraries. The team covers implantology, surgery, endodontics, which means root canals, and smile rehab, with clear, written estimates before you commit.
The clinic has a multidisciplinary team that includes:
Your Dental Departures advisor locks in chair time, shares a line-item estimate and sequences every step around your travel. There is no booking fee.
Yes. Lab-made restorations, including crowns, bridges, veneers and dentures, are covered for a defined term. Certain implant components may also be included when specified.
Keeping coverage valid typically means following written aftercare, attending maintenance visits and wearing a night guard if prescribed. Before treatment, you’ll receive Dental Solutions’ current written warranty for your plan, noting the term, inclusions and exclusions, for example smoking or missed recalls, and how repairs or replacements are handled.
Drive to Andrade, California, park at the Quechan lot and walk through the Algodones pedestrian gate. The clinic is a short, level walk inside the dental district.
After booking, you’ll get a GPS pin, nearby landmarks and the easiest meet-up or drop-off points. If you prefer not to carry bags, take a quick local taxi from the gate straight to the door.
Clinics serving international patients commonly accept cash and major credit or debit cards. Larger implant or full-arch plans may allow bank transfers.
Your Dental Departures advisor will confirm accepted card brands, any processor fees and whether a deposit is required to reserve surgical or lab time.
Spanish is standard, with English assistance for consultations, consent and aftercare.
Ask for bilingual paperwork if you prefer English throughout your visit.
A straightforward root canal is often planned over 1–3 days.
Adding a post/core and a permanent crown, such as zirconia or porcelain, typically brings the total to around 3–5 days, allowing lab time and a careful try-in. Steps are often grouped into fewer, longer appointments when clinically appropriate.
Most single-tooth implants are two-stage. Visit 1 includes diagnostics and implant placement, plus graft or sinus lift if needed. After osseointegration, or healing, Visit 2 covers the abutment and final crown.
Full-arch solutions, including fixed bridges or snap-on overdentures, follow a similar phased plan. Temporaries and ideal healing intervals are mapped before you begin.
The clinic commonly advertises a complimentary or low-cost initial evaluation for planning.
Your advisor will confirm eligibility for your case and include any diagnostics, such as panoramic or CT imaging, that are indicated.

I had a sinus surgery and bone graft in February. I then had a very bad reaction and infection afterward. My face was swollen and black and blue for over 3 weeks. The infection never went away. In May I had to have an oral surgeon in Arizona close the fistula that developed in my sinus. Then more antibiotics. Now in August I saw an ENT Doctor who gave me different antibiotics because there was still an infection. I just wanted to save money to get dental implants, and this has cost me double the amount of money and still no implants in sight. Please don't go there.
I paid in cash and was told that I was able to keep my cash that I brought and just hold onto it for when I come for my next appointment and had a family emergency and couldn’t finish my procedures at dental solutions and had a remaining balance of $6500 that they had of mine. It’s been months of trying to get a hold of the facility and get my money back. I followed their warranty plan if you cancel which is protocol and was told I would get my $6500 back and I still have not heard a single thing. This is a crime, and I would seriously rethink ink before you go to dental solutions
My 1st visit was n October but in December one of my implants came out which was my own fault, so I returned. The office is clean, the staff extremely attentive especially Naili who seems to run the place. She is awesome! They fixed me up and sent me home. I am going back in June for my permanent denture. I can’t wait.
Sometimes the waits can be quite long after the app't time and there could be more communication as to what they are actually doing during the procedure. Other than that, excellent choice.
I was extremely impressed with the dentists, the staff, and the work that was done I originally went in for just a cleaning. I asked the dentist ( Daniella) about my existing bridge. She told me it was old, my gums were starting to recede somewhat, and it was an opportunity for bacteria to start setting in. She was absolutely right because my bridge was 30 years old. I believed her because my dentist in the states told me the same thing. I asked her if she could replace it. She said certainly and I couldn’t be happier. Not only did she do a beautiful job, she did it professionally, made me very comfortable, and at an affordable price. I will definitely be back to have more work done. Thanks for a great experience.
