November 2016I had been avoiding going to the dentist for many years due to previous traumatic experiences as a child, but I was having lots of pain so I knew it was time. To my biggest disappointment I needed a root canal, which I have heard from many is very painful. I was super anxious when I went in and was expecting the worst. I explained my concerns to Dr. Moreno and she completely made me feel at ease. She explained the whole process in great detail and made me feel like I was in good hands. She made sure my mouth was very numb and then he proceeded to quickly work on my tooth, in the meantime telling me what a good job I am doing and cracking a few jokes along the way! Before I knew it, the procedure was over. All I could think of was "That's it??". I was worried for nothing. I felt no pain or discomfort, not even after the anesthesia wore off! I am extremely satisfied with my visit and would strongly recommend this office to anyone looking for high quality in Playa del Carmen, thorough service! THANK YOU

November 2015I just wanted to see if the laser whitening would work on my teeth. They didn't answer my question and took me into the room. I kept asking the lady if it would work. Finally she said not so much because my teeth are already white. Then she proceeded with an "exam" I didn't need (it's free at home) and charged me 800 pesos for ten minutes. Not happy! And the clinic was kind of dirty.
