A highly skilled team of dentists and specialists are members of the International Dental Federation (FDI), the Latin American Dental Federation (FOLA) and the Dental Federation of Central America and Panama (FOCAP) PA. Dentists also have their own particular areas of expertise, including surgery, orthodontics (braces) and endodontics (root canals).

October 2018I had a root canal done by a specialist and a cleaning and two fillings done by Jairo Visquez. I had no complications afterwards and my tooth sensitivity is gone. I appreciated that Jairo took the time to tell me what else needed to be done but did not put any pressure on me. The cost for the services was actually less than what I'd expected, and at a cost of about 1/3 what I would have paid in the USA. Both me and my husband will no doubt be back to Costa Rica for more dental tourism and we will not hesitate to come back to Garabito Dental.

October 2015Dr. Jairo was an amazing find for me in Jaco as I needed MUCH work done and his English was great! Made me feel comfortable, the office is clean and nice, and he genuinely seemed to care enough to really educate me about ALL my options without trying to "up-sell" me like MANY of the other dentists I have encountered here in Costa Rica! I guess I am saying he was "honest" about it all and that came through clearly when he spoke to me! and WOW were his prices great - The quotehe gave me was the same price that I paid out the door! So If you need ANY type of dental work done when in the Jaco area - I highly recommend him AND he does his best to get you in very quickly (even though I could tell whilst I was there that he has no shortage of business!) I spent a few hours in his chair (yes I had neglected my teeth) and he was the same with anyone who came in or called - getting them in same day by staying late or next day/two!!! Thanks so much Dr. Jairo - great work and a genuinely nice person! I will be back when I need more work done!!!
