November 2022First, I had trouble with booking - they cancelled confirmed appointments at least twice. I couldn't tell who was a dentist and who was...not. They removed two fillings and made no plan to refill them!?! I had to insist, and they "didn't have time to do it at that visit" (??!?) which meant yet another trip to the clinic an hour each way from my hotel. Worst of all was I think they used permanent adhesive on my temporary veneers and nearly broke my teeth trying to get the temps off. I had a full-on panic attack in the office. None of the procedures were explained to me, nor were the issues they ran into. My veneers look fine, but definitely not as good as the proofs they showed me - two of the four have visible flaws. I'm not that worried about it but I can't say I'd recommend this clinic. I won't go back here.

November 2021They were polite , caring and understanding. Work is excellent ( I don’t have final teeth yet. I’m not finished yet though waiting for final teeth ). Excellent security . Rooms are clean! Everything is sterilized. A couple things to note: quotes and timing for procedure kept changing. I had to come everyday or go get labs, X-rays etc. Office is not handicapped accessible in any way. Bathroom is tiny. Rooms are upstairs. There is one chair downstairs . Floors are tile and they are constantly cleaning them so they are very slippery. I wasn’t given written instructions on care on medicine . I had to have general anethesia and “ clinic” or hospital was not up to standards even for Mexico .
