June 2023Be very careful using this dental practice. I used them last June. I requested for my crowns which were originally fitted in UK over 15 years to be re crowned due to margin showing on crowns and receding gums. They did an awful job tried to put bridges in front and back both sides. Made it look like false teeth after complaining that I wanted exactly what I had previously they put separate crowns in front but left both sides at back bridges. The crowns on front protruded and stuck out. My teeth felt heavy and did not align when touching and the bite. They were so uncomfortable and painful. Upon returning to the UK immediately sought dental expertise advice to see if they could be rectified. Paying £700 to one dental practice and £500 to another to get scans and models of my teeth and advice to see what the professionals could do. I was told to get my teeth as they were prior to the Turkish dentist West Dent treatment would cost in the region of £20,000 to £30,000. I am devastated. I cannot afford this so now left with teeth that are so uncomfortable and painful The bite is awful and does not align and the two front teeth protrude out. PLEASE DO NOT use West Dent. No dentist cannot do large dentistry work in under a week. The dentist do not speak English it’s all through an interpreter which means it’s lost in translation. BEWARE !!!!!!
