The process begins with a consultation with your dentist where a complete examination of your dental condition will be performed. Diagnostic tests such as cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) are also taken. A treatment plan will be based on the examination.

The surgical procedure sees any remaining teeth removed before the four dental implants are attached. Using joining abutments and coping cylinders, an immediate loading denture can then be attached. 

After the healing period of around six months, which allows the gums to heal and the implants to fuse with the bone (osseointegration), you’ll return to the clinic Penang for the placement of the permanent fixed bridge. This is achieved simply by unscrewing the previous prosthesis.
