Options and Terms

Implant/Material Options: Patients can opt for different brands of implants (e.g., Straumann, Nobel at additional cost ) and/or a PFM bridge for a lower overall cost.

Required Deposit: The patient must provide a non-refundable deposit of USD $1,000.00 at least one week before the scheduled treatment date.
