About Dr. Darko Slovša
Founded more than a decade ago, Smile Dental is led by owner and head dental surgeon Ph.D. Darko Slovša. Having placed more than 25,000 implants with successful outcomes, he holds the titles of "Master of Oral Medicine in Implantology” (MOM implantology) and "Master of Science in Implantology and Dental Surgery” (M.Sc.), issued by the International School of Medicine (IMC), University Westfälische Wilhelms-University of Münster, Germany.
He also recently received a “Recognition of Excellence” award from the Najdoktor portal, in 2021.
Treatments and Technology
Previously known as Smile Dental, this clinic holds ISO 9001 certification for oral surgery and implantology, with the team here using the Straumann® Pro Arch system to replace an entire row of teeth on just four dental implants. The clinic is one of Straumann’s 12 designated “Centers of Excellence” in the world, allowing them to offer a full lifetime warranty on the ProArch system.
